Two paintings of the famous sunflowers ended up on a Caribbean island, both in the possession of mogul Simon Van Biers--and he plans to keep them no matter what the cost.
Then Billy Blue arrives on the island, causing quite a stir. He's a cowboy a long way from the rodeo, and he's laying claim to the original Van Gogh. And just to make things really interesting, art expert Zoe Marton declares that the painting really belongs to her.
